Privacy Policy
How CAA Consultancy Limited handles personal information. Last reviewed: October 2026.
Who we are
CAA Consultancy Limited (Company No. 06173914), registered office Penny Lane Business Centre, 374 Smithdown Road, Liverpool, Merseyside, England, L15 5AN. For any privacy matter contact info@caa.consulting. We act as the controller for personal data collected through this site and in delivering our services.
What we collect
- Enquiry data — name, email address and message content when you contact us or submit the form.
- Service delivery data — information you choose to share during remote sessions (screen shares, system information, files you show us).
- Subscription data — contact and billing correspondence for monthly support plans.
- One cookie preference — your consent choice, stored in your browser's local storage. No analytics or advertising trackers are used.
Why we use it
To reply to enquiries, deliver and document the services you book, manage subscriptions, and keep the accounting records required of a UK company. The legal bases are contract (delivering work you book), legitimate interests (keeping service records), consent (your cookie preference) and legal obligation (accounting).
Retention
Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to 24 months. Session reports and service records are kept for up to 6 years where they support delivered work and accounts. Your cookie preference stays in your browser until you clear it or change it via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Sharing
We do not sell data. We share only with UK/EEA service providers strictly necessary to operate (for example email and invoicing), and only what those services need. Remote sessions: any third-party tools used in a session (video call or remote assistance) process data under their own terms, are named to you before use, and access is limited to what you authorise.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data, and object to processing — email info@caa.consulting. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
Security
Remote access happens only with your explicit per-session authorisation; nothing is installed without approval; access ends when the session ends.
